Обязанности
- 01Scope, architect, and lead technical projects to build and scale distributed backend systems and APIs
- 02Design, build, and maintain reliable, high-performance APIs and backend services
- 03Own service reliability, including setting performance targets and driving improvements across the stack
- 04Debug production issues across distributed services and multiple levels of the stack
- 05Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, system performance, and a sustainable technical foundation
- 06Teach and mentor engineers to grow into the next generation of leaders at Stripe
- 07Partner with engineers and product managers across infrastructure and product teams to deliver well-integrated platform services
Требования
- 015+ years of industry software engineering experience (does not include internships or co-ops)
- 02Strong coding skills in any programming language (we understand new languages can be learned on the job so our interview process is language agnostic)
- 03Strong collaboration skills, can work across workstreams within your team and contribute to your peers' success
- 04Direct project leadership and mentorship experience
- 05Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- 06Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight both internal and external users
