Обязанности
- 01Develop the long-term vision and strategy for your pillar within the Local Payment Methods team
- 02Create and execute on a compelling roadmap
- 03Deeply understand Stripe users' needs by spending time with various teams and observing industry trends
- 04Drive adoption of strategic payment methods across Stripe's merchant base
- 05Partner closely with Risk teams to ensure sustainable growth
- 06Collaborate with product marketing and go-to-market teams to turn roadmap into narratives
- 07Build deep user empathy with merchants and financial partners
- 08Work with product and engineering organizations to define valuable investments
- 09Collaborate with partnership managers to develop joint product roadmaps
- 10Become a subject-matter expert for strategic payment partners
Требования
- 015+ years in a product management or product-adjacent role
- 02Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, designers, and external partners
- 03Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders
- 04Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 05Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining success metrics
- 06Experience working on products requiring alignment of multiple stakeholders
- 07Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with autonomy
- 08Background delivering on multi-quarter roadmaps
- 09Strong business acumen and comfort with complex problems
