Обязанности
- 01Running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, managing budgets, testing creative, and driving down CAC week over week
- 02exa.ai as a conversion surface. Shipping landing pages, running A/B tests, fixing funnel leaks, and building pages specific to verticals, personas, and use cases
- 03Our paid media agency relationship: setting priorities, reviewing performance, deciding what stays outsourced vs. comes in-house as we scale
- 04Scaling campaigns from self-serve developers to large enterprise buyers
- 05Testing 10+ new ad concepts per week across channels, working with our designer and creative partners to iterate on what's converting
- 06Standing up new channels (programmatic, podcast ads, CTV) as we prove out the core ones and expand spend
- 07The growth model and dashboards. Tying every dollar to pipeline contribution, ACV influence, and win rate

- 01A channel operator. You've actually been in-platform managing campaigns, not just reviewing dashboards. You know what a good campaign structure looks like and can troubleshoot conversion tracking issues yourself
- 02Web-fluent. You can ship landing pages fast, run experiments with real rigor, and know your way around the modern web stack
- 03AI-native. You get superpowers by using the latest AI tools to accomplish your work faster and with higher quality. Your instinct is to automate everything
- 04Analytically rigorous. You can measure the incrementality of a test with statistical significance and resist the urge to call a winner too early
- 05A creative marketer. You love ideating new marketing campaigns, creative angles, and copy that resonate with technical and enterprise buyers
- 06Comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero. High grit, high hunger
- 07Excited to advocate for Exa. You care deeply about building perfect search
- 082-4 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
- 09Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
- 10Managed $50K-$250K/month in spend and scaled budgets while maintaining efficiency
- 11Set up or significantly improved conversion tracking and attribution
- 12Worked with creative teams or agencies to iterate on ad concepts at high velocity
- 13Shipped landing pages and run conversion experiments on a B2B site
